Satisfaction Guarantee
Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original packaging, for a full refund.

Backorders or Delays
We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns

Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.

Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

LIMITED THREE-YEAR WARRANTY: The ADD-A-TRAP, Corporation warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and condition for a period of three years from the original date of purchase. Return defective part(s) along with sales receipt, credit card statement, or other proof of purchase, within the Warranty Period to: ADD-A-TRAP Corporation 488 W. Como, Struthers, Oh, 44471. Should any defect occur during the Warranty Period. ADD-A-TRAP Corporation will repair or replace the defective part(s) with proof of purchase without charge, make the necessary repairs and/or corrections. Labor cost of shipping charges will be access to the purchaser. The FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT EXTENDED BEYOND THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD. This warranty sets forth the extent of the liability of the ADD-A-TRAP Corporation for breach of any warranty of deficiency in connection of the sales or use of the products sold by ADD- A-TRAP Corporation.           

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The ADD-A-TRAP Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
